Processing & Delivery Time

Our estimated total turnaround time is:

3–5 weeks from order confirmation to delivery.

This timeframe includes the time required to create, customize, quality-check, package, and ship your order.

As each item is handmade, processing times may vary slightly depending on the product, customization requirements, and order volume.

Order Confirmation

Production begins once we have received all necessary customization information, including your pet photos and any other required details.

If additional information or a clearer photo is needed, we may contact you before production begins. Delays in receiving the required information may extend the estimated delivery time.

Shipping

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
